A Historic Hunter Valley Restaurant with a Modern Twist

Set on the 28-acre Blaxland Estate along Broke Road, Blaxland Inn has been part of the Hunter Valley restaurant scene since 1976. Originally built as Blaxland’s Barn using sandstone bricks from the historic Blaxland homestead, our venue is steeped in character and rustic charm. Some bricks still carry visible convict handprints – a reminder of our heritage. For nearly 50 years, Blaxland Inn has welcomed locals and visitors to experience hearty meals, boutique wines, and country comfort.
